この度、一般社団法人 日本フェムテック協会の認定資格２級に合格しました！
なぜ、私がフェムテックの資格を取ろうと思ったのか、少し背景をお話しさせてください。
「こんなの、私じゃない」
2歳と0歳の育児に追われていたとき、私は自分でも制御できないイライラと、深い気分の落ち込みに飲み込まれていました。
元々は臨床検査技師として、健診センターでエコー検査などを担当していたこともあり、病気というものにある程度の知識はあるつもりでいました。
しかし、自分の体の異変にはどう対処していいか分からず、ただただ毎日をやり過ごすのに必死でした。
そんななか、どうにもしんどくなり、病院へ。
そこで診断されたのは「PMS（月経前症候群）」でした。
「やっぱりそうだったんだ。でも薬もらったからもう大丈夫！」と思っていたのもつかの間。
処方されたピルが体に合わず、副作用で頭痛が激増し、つわりのような吐き気に襲われる日々が続きました。
「自分の体なのに、コントロールできない」
その絶望感と孤独感は、今でも忘れられません。
それからすぐにコロナが流行し、気軽に産婦人科へ受診することが難しくなりました。
仕方なく、ネットにある情報でやり過ごしていたら、なんと知らない間に症状は消えていました。
なんともあっけない終わり方なのですが、当時は本当にしんどく、悩みに悩みまくっていました。
知れば怖くない
それから数年後、私の周りでも「更年期が怖い」という声を頻繁に聞くようになりました。
かつての私と同じように、正体のわからない「不調」に怯えている女性がたくさんいることを知りました。
今回フェムテックを学び確信したのは、「怖さの正体は、知らないことにある」ということです。
私自身、勉強したことで「あぁ、こういうことだったんだ」と、心から安心することができました。
（今では、更年期よりも骨粗鬆症の方が対策しなきゃ！と前向きに怖がっているくらいです）
臨床検査技師としての医療知識と、私自身の苦い経験。 この両方がある私だからこそ、伝えられることがあると思っています。
